Haha I wonder if they get permission to use any of the soundbites they use or just chuck them in and hope they get away with it? I'd be like "Right Sony, seen as you give us no money for videos these days we'll use the money on soundbites from films and stuff, so cough up the cash right now!!"
I got the virgin suicides on DVD the other day and remembered someone saying the clip in Doors Closing Slowly was from that so when I heard it I got excited and had to rewind it again to listen haha. I'm sad.

Yeah and they paid shitloads for it.

What you could do is reverse the phase of the track against the album version. That would subtract all or most of the music and you'd be left with a perfect James acapella version
