Actually I've never queued at the O2 Arena so don't know if they do it there as they have lots of different entrances depending on what kind of ticket you have.

I've never seen her live, but i remember reading somewhere ages ago, that she used backing tracks for her vocals when performing live. Could be wrong, this was back in the 90's.
