I think the only official u.s. Release was THB picture disc, and my local record shop didn't even order it because who heard of the manic street preachers around here before huh!!

www.ctv.ca has episodes online the following day and will be airing the Late Late Show. Don't know if anyone outside Canada can watch them, but you can give it a shot.

But come on, I think some people have fairly unrealistic expectations of the boys sometimes. The kind of show they were playing is like The Graham Norton show in this country, you wouldn't get them playing Yes or Archives of Pain on Graham Norton for fuck's sake. They are going to play their biggest hit.

Plus I like ADFL, it's the song that introduced me to the band and I still love it to this day so couldn't give a shit. Thought it was a brilliant performance too.

It's a thrilling performance for sure but I just love the idea of a Holy Bible song being played on american network tv. The little uncommerical album that could...

Was it simply "From Wales, the Manic Street Preachers"?

Or did he "big them up", as the rap singers say?
