I haven’t bought any music for over two years now, including the Truth deluxe. This won’t change that but I look forward to the demos on Spotify.

There is no GATS tour. Or new album until summer 2021.

Nicky mentions Glasto again like it’s been announced or the whole thing isn’t getting cancelled anyway along with everything else.

Ooof, that's pricey. No dvd then... shame. I think I'll pass on this unless the price drops by a tenner at least.

This looks like a cash grab if ever I saw one.

I agree - I'd pay £45 for the CD book if it included at DVD but it feels a bit steep as it is.

Kind of want that long sleeved tee though! Hmmmm.

For those buying the book, I really hope it's not going to be made up of photos already made available through the Forever Delayed book they release nearly two decades back. That would really be a football to the groin....

Also I get The impression there's a full recording of the Bangkok gig in existence judging by the inclusion of Yourself. It's a missed opportunity that they haven't included it or any other live material from the time (e.g. Milton Keynes or that gig where Bernard Butler joined for a couple of songs). Ah well, at least there is a tacky looking hoodie to dry my tears on....

It is an ouch for us in Canada. Close to 60 pounds for the CD book and shipping. The 45 pounds is about $80 Canadian and another $25 to mail it. Might be some VAT reduction.

£45 for two cds of little real interest? That's disgraceful. Should be £17.99 or thereabouts. Gobsmacked...

They can shove it up their backwards R's and f#ck off whilst they're doing it. This is a new low for scamming their loyal fanbase.

The postage price was the real kicker for me (how on earth does an untracked delivery cost that much?) But I assume thats nothing to do with the band. Just saw today that Art Brut are reissuing Bang Bang Rock & Roll for a tenner and that's a much better album but ho hum eh ?

Who would've guessed that the title track demo is the new 'Tsunami demo' ? Looking forward to hearing that as I have a real soft spot for that song (more musically than lyrically). The 'slightly demented metal' bsides (Bateman, Us Against You, Charles Windsor, Comfort Comes) were always the most interesting songs from this period for me, so will be interesting to see how many of the demos have hints of that sound too.

The first CD will be the best Manics I'll ever need again. Second one looks like it could grow or surpass. Who knows.
But if it's this or local gig they might do? Breaaaaathe squint. OK will buy this. Circumstances can change and do both. Or spend it on me.
Nick Mason still King of boxsets (though obviously not when he's working with Pink Floyd) for me!
