Has this been confirmed anywhere yet or is it just rumour?

Some people seem to be writing as if its happening and I don't see any info yet.

Nah, someone just posted a thread with a question mark and no real indication that the Manics have anything to do with an announcement that may or may not be forthcoming from KOL about their support bill and we all took the opportunity to agree on how shit KOL are. It was the right course of action.

The shitness of KOL needs reiterating from time to time, even if the OP was lying throught their teeth, they've done a public service.

Seconded, I am not a fan of KOL at all but the singles off their first 3 albums kick arse.

They aren't that bad a band really, they are overplayed but I'd rather slight radio stations for that

I wonder if both bands being on the same label might make this more likely to happen than if otherwise.

I saw KOL perform 1 song at "CD:UK" back in 2004. That was enough for me. They're one of many bands I can't stomach. Overkill on a couple of their songs on the radio hasn't helped.
