JDB = ace! His voice is marvellous.
The drumming is excellent. VERY UPLIFTING, PASSIONATE, ENERGETIC SONG! It reminds me a lot the sounds and tunes on JDB's solo album...

I'm not totally sold on it yet, but when the song started, I couldn't help but smile. This is good. I wish James was a little higher, he almost drowns in the music in the chorus, but all-in-all, I'm really happy about this.

For the ever time as a Manics-fan.. a new first-single feels like a very big let down. I'm disappointed. Where's the energy and the power, where's the excellent lyrics, where's the passion?
It will hopefully grow on me.. but so far, I think it's so so very tame. It sounds lazy to me. The lyrics are poor too.... and that Nicky Wire line at the end... OMG...

ARRRGH...it sounds like the sort of song i should hate...but damn it's just too catchy not to like it. Very much reminds me of Human Touch-era Springsteen, could've even been on Lifeblood. I'm a fan.
