Anyone know where she sings? I searched "Julia Cumming" and only found a band called Sunflower Bean, but the singer there doesn't sound like the manics song, nor does she look like the woman in the video. So I'm a bit confused...

The lady in the video is Aimee-Ffion Edwards (good Manics surname, eh? ), who has acted in several popular TV shows. She isn’t the singer James duets with in the track.

The singer is Julia Cumming, who does indeed sing for Sunflower Bean. She isn’t the lady in the video. I don’t think Sunflower Bean’s songs sound so removed she sounds unrecognisable from TSHHM? Maybe try some different ones?

You're suggesting the Manics polish up a demo that wasn't considered good enough for their worst album? I agree with you that The Secret He Had Missed is sub par, but it's still got to be better than anything they dismissed from Postcards From a Young Man.

.... bearing in mind it's been five years since Slash and Duff rejoined GNR I was hoping for something a little more exciting than polishing up one of Axl's old demos. Some of the guitar work over the top is good, and Axl seems to be trying to channel John Lydon, but the main riff is just horrible.

I try to avoid listening to radio 2 unless i have to because someone is on there i like but even i've heard them play this track a number of times.
They're doing that radio 2 live thing as well so somebody likes them.
