Tbh all for the viewpoint health comes first, but with hotels, trains, coaches etc all booked for people and a probable rescheduling in June with the other dates I would be inclined to agree they should complete this tour.

I'll be quite pissed at dropping upwards of £100 on tickets for a gig that gets cancelled/postponed this close to Christmas with almost no notice whatsoever.

If it gets cancelled/postponed, of course...

On a more positive note, if you are looking for tickets, couldn't hurt to try ringing the venue. Last night they had tickets for sale after doors.

We didn't hear about Glasgow on the Lifeblood tour until after 3pm, I think. I'd done my make-up and everything. Welsh swines.

Hope everything works out. If they reschedule for January I can't afford the trains and hotels, and if they reschedule for June with the other dates then I can't make it. Argh.

I'd prefer a rescheduling before June as we have a baby on the way in June!

Well if it's off, I'll only have a windowless hotel room for company, so up for a manixfan meet up!

Broken ankle crowd surfing is a bit silly but eh, bit different, a broken ankle isn't gonna stop a singer being able to sing.

If it comes to rescheduling surely it wouldn't be that far ahead? Last time they rescheduled we were looking at two and half months from the original Brixton dates to the new ones and they squeezed the Birmingham one in about 6 weeks after the original.

Course I wouldn't be over the moon if they were to reschedule any of these but personally I'd be more gutted about a crap performance cos we've ended up with a singer who can't sing, rather than a postponement.

I lost hotel money and had to buy a new train ticket when they cancelled the Brixton dates on the Postcards tour; it was annoying but it couldn't be helped. If James is well enough, he'll do the gigs, if he's not, he won't. I'd rather they postponed than risk long term damage to James' voice.

I imagine Alice Glass was on something a bit stronger than James' cold medicine too

On a coach to London now so I just hope it's a good one. Glad the venue have acknowledged it, went to a London gig once predicting it would be off and it was, ended up at a different gig though so I still had a good time. Much as I'm loving this tour, I can't afford to return for rescheduled gigs.
