Yeah, we touched upon that earlier on. I was just rather curious what the actual case was as Nicky also said earlier on he had found an alternative version of each song on the album and there could have been possible alternative takes or such. Seems not.

"disc 3" there is obviously the DVD content; assume disc 2 is the alternative versions... so there's still a mysterious third audio disc to be announced?

No, ordinarily I would have linked, but the whole listing had been posted in the thread already, there wasn't a lot of point, I think AK47 probably just wondered if the listing was legit.

B-sides as opposed to demos currently unavailable (officially)? I don't see much benefit in that. Seems like complaining for the sake of it to me. Which I'm all for (as it happens, if I'm honest, to be fair) but not in this instance.

What I like to complain about is MASH being stuck on the end of the single disc version. It wasn't recorded as part of the album and it doesn't work after CTRNR. Not that I intend to buy the single disc version or have an inability to grab my remote to press stop before this crime is committed, but a moan is a moan.

You could argue that Suicide Alley, Motown Junk and New Art Riot have nothing to do with GT either. So I will. They don't.

In my opinion b-sides are one of the most essential things to include in re-releases like this; they're a fairly significant part of the era (being studio recordings from the same period) and thus should be represented if only because of that, but they also have more replay value than demos and I'd definitely love remastered versions of them as well.

But I'm a b-sides fanatic so eh. I'm hoping they'll surface on that mystery third disc.

A re-release of an album with one minor hit is brave.
