I wouldn't say weak but the first half is all about the glory days of the pits with its associated propaganda - coal for hundreds of years yet - until we get to the decline and start hearing the people of the valleys (pobol y cwm). So it just becomes a lot more personal and there's more to be gained from it. All out is one heavy old break-point.
