Sounds like it was a good watch! Well someone's got to have a good memory so it might as well be Sean, eh?

Yay for Sean talking more. Sounds like it was very good.

Amazing documentary. Shame the DVD version is going to be cut big time. Hope the full version will be available at some point for everyone to watch.

Think a reason why Sean was the memory bank as during that period the boys confessed in this documentary that James was getting drunk, Nicky was having at mini breakdown had to get his mum to speak him, plus of course they were very worried about Richey and Sean was too busy on his game gear wanting to finish a game of basketball instead of going to a press conference.

They interviewed the local Norwich journalist who was with Richey during the 4REAL interview. She helped to take Richey to hospital but James & Co had to stop off at KFC first for chips and get a lift back to the hotel before they made it to the hospital

There love of Japan and the contrast their dis-joy of the USA was great in the documentary. Martin Hall said Nicky did not help with matters. Slagging off
the big popular band who played before them and then telling a New York audience the best think about New York it was the place where John Lennon got shot!

Gutless your James in the documentary was wearing a black Fred Perry polo shirt - so predictable

Sean had a t-shirt on but I can not remember the quote as I have a very terrible memory but it was something like underused lips a happy way to life.

I think it was 'A still tongue equals a happy life'! Good to meet you this evening, and yeah the addition of a KFC stopover to the 4REAL story was fucking hilarious. I personally didn't think Sean spoke that much, but he did recall a few things the others couldn't remember. They showed some 'home video' footage of, amongst other thingss, the band playing Born To End with the Marcus demo (or whatever it's called -going to be on the reissue) of that playing over the top. Sounded really good, in fact my favourite part of tonight was just hearing the songs again, sounding ace on the cinema speakers. Watching the beautiful Motorcycle Emptiness video for the first time in ages on the big screen was just lovely.

Other bits and bobs - lots of Bob Stanley being interviewed, along with Martin Hall, James Brown (not that one), Steve Brown (who had a few good little stories from the recording of GT) and Martin Kelly of Heavenly Records, who confesses to laughing his arse off at the bands Rock Garden gig in '91 and immediately deciding he had to sign them.

Maybe also James in Cardiff in 2006, now lost in the fog of memory....

That was the quote thanks. Wait until you get to my age and you will have no memory Sean spoke much more than he usually does so I was shocked.
Usually does not say anything I loved the stories from Martin Hall and Steve Brown.

Nice to meet you as well. I really enjoyed the documentary

Nick and James usually do the talking - it so nice to see the three of them interacting together, so relaxed and having fun

a bit too much in that one. Did we really need to know he finds a day out at a shooting range relaxing?

Brilliant documentary and so funny. The KFC story was hilarious!

James taking the piss out of Nicky for having a breakdown whilst traveling across Yorkshire and asking for his mum did make me laugh. Can't remember who said it but the bit about them all getting £5 a day "Sean brought a map, James brought some darts and Richey and Nicky brought alcohol and used it in fruit machines"
