Met a friend of a friend, told her I saw the band 7 times in two weeks. She looked at me as if I were crazy. Then I told her I was going to see them on the Euro tour. She gave up on me and went to buy whisky. She was nice though, even if she did think I was cray cray.

Got it! They are putting the album back as the record company has a lot of hopes for it and don't want it to be relegated to number 2 or 3 from Coldplay.
Y/N?

my defence is that it's no difference to following a football team. The only thing it's a lot cheaper and you're guaranteed to be entertained

Presenting... the most tentative Manics related post in the world!!!

http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2014-...k-mockumentary

Quote:
Episode two focuses on the history of music festivals… as Brian wants to launch his own festival.
Now given the band have said on Twitter that they loved the show... could we be looking at a few Nicky Wire Glastonbury pisstakes in the episode? Or better still, an actual appearance by the band?

Hahah, that would be awesome. This is great news regardless, the first series was brilliant.

Walk Me To The Bridge is a 1980's rewrite of Found That Soul

Perhaps the album is the 1980's rewrite of Know Your Enemy...

In the new 'making of' docu, doesn't Nicky call it retro-futurism... SIGH.

Really wish the lads would resurrect "Dead Martyrs" for their live sets, just so that I can sing along/point insanely with the chorus. "GOT NO FUTURE, JUST DEAD STARS FOR DEAD EYES." ‪#‎FMF‬

EDIT: I've discovered that you can instantly improve the production quality of Know Your Enemy in iTunes by right clicking the album, going to the "Options" tab and selecting the "Rock" equalizer preset. Really fills out the sound.

They should do the threatened Know Your Enemy deluxe set, remastered and in it's originally intended 2 separate halves form, vastly underrated album
