Love Mirror Gaze. Should’ve been a proper album track.

It is a wonderful song indeed. And so are The Bee Hives. ♥
Anyway, Love Me Knight is a 1980s Japanese comic series, later turned into cartoon. That's what I was talking about.

Not a week has gone by in the last year where I haven't played Mirror Gaze multiple times (played in both the senses of the track itself and myself playing it on guitar). It's definitely one of my favourite Manics songs. Utter madness it wasn't on the standard album's track listing IMHO!

Certainly not in the form of the song being played, if the online setlist is right.

I asked James about this, given the song was a single in Japan, and he was like "Oh yeah, it was, wasn't it! Yeah, we might play it there..."

I shall report back in September...

Resistance is Futile is a great album primarily for the implacable atmosphere it has for me. It's not melancholy or cold. I love it's analogue warmth and it's odd Sega Samurai aesthetics. Still -- I couldn't listen to it as it is, with broken algorithms on there. Goes too far into the 80s power rock thing. Needs to have Soundtrack for a Complete Withdrawal after In Eternity, for some darkness in contrast to the sunshine of the rest of the album. And Mirror Gaze is a must have for this album too. Top 4 song of the era, along with Hold me Like a Heaven, A Song for the Sadness and International Blue.

MSP will make their debut as a Rocksmith dlc artist. Ubisoft announced Motorcyle Emptiness as the first track of their msp 3 song pack.

It means we'll have a game with Manics songs? That's pretty cool.

The game was released back in late 2013 it has 50 songs in the disc/initially download and has gotten weekly songs that you can buy as singles or as a pack(with a small discount). You can learn to play bass and guitar with it while having feedback from the software. The game can be bought in a steam sale in like 9 bucks with a sale, but you need a cable that goes from 20 to 40 dollars. Or you could watch someone playing the song in youtube

I really hope YLU is one of the other two. Most likely be YSTS or IYTT and DFL though.
