I would imagine he doesn't expect that, just like we don't expect anything for what we do for the band.

Nice So that's pretty nailed on then! Wish they'd be specific about dates so I could actually book time off work.

Great gig, one of the best in my 22 years of seeing the band live, although slightly marred by a high ned quota in the crowd. One decided to call my wife a stupid bitch then challenged me to a fight for asking him to apologise. This was during Rewind The Film, thus slightly ruining the ambience of the song!

Can't believe it's all over!

This one was goooooooood. Crowd was energetic but relatively polite, very little pushing or shoving, and whenever I was pushed anywhere I always ended up in a better spot! Still about fifty people I'd have happily knifed, though.

Really, really hot in there. Dripping with sweat. Actually removed my jacket!

Wire was all the varieties of gorgeous. He bent over and astrogirl got a great photo of his arse. I'm too tired to talk about the gig in any detail, but that right there is the important bit.

MSP, I love you with all my heart. Manics Family, you're the only family I'm proud to be a part of. Roll on April!

Amazing gig, all the lads were on top form and it's definitely up there as one of my favourite Manics gigs. Anyone else hear the drunken guy outside the venue telling us that he couldn't believe the Manics were playing because they were his favourite band, before singing Tsunami to us:

"TreSemme, TreSemme!"

Unfortunately not, then he asked the girl in our group if she was my Mum. She wasn't amused and I had to turn around because I thought I was going to die laughing..........

Am I going completely mad, or did Wire play a bass solo on 30 Year War?
