Thanks... having trouble finding the HMV version or any of the independent store versions now... any links?

CD and cassette for me. I love cassettes, have so many memories of wandering the streets of Perth in 1994 with THB on my Walkman. Perhaps I’ll do the same with this album in South London. Though I’d have to buy a new Walkman first.

Everything is sounding great, I love the album cover and want the demos but I've no use for CDs hopefully put up on Spotify or you can buy on amazon

We have listened 3 songs from new JDB album so far. I think he has Jazz and prog rock influences and doesnt love to think doing hit singles anymore. I think they should get in that direction as a band so far. Really nice 3 songs from that new direction I think. I guess the next manics album will be really different "expansive" that Nicky mentioned. Will be on a different direction that includes Jazz, electronica etc not to force making big hits. I love James and their intellectuel look everytime. I have grown with them since my childhood (I am from Turkey) but everytime they try something new I feel like very lucky because I am a Manics fan

I'll buy the CD. Hope it has a nice booklet inside with lyrics. Baffles me why cassettes are done, suppose they are just very limited collectors pieces, though.

For those wondering about cassettes: Some of my favourite albums of all time entered my life on cassette. I missed the vinyl era so cassettes are my nostalgia format. Making compilation tapes and listening to them until they warped! Surely it’s no more bizarre to buy a cassette than to buy a vinyl album, they are both outdated formats that people love for nostalgia’s sake. I’m surprised that there isn’t more love for cassettes here on a forum for a band many would have first listened to on that format.
