I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but how long are Springsteen's sets? How many songs should we be expecting?

I am not a Springsteen fan but my understanding is that his sets have been known to last in excess of three hours. Therefore, a 180 minute gig with songs that last on average of about 4 minutes we could expect around 45 songs. However, I can really only see a set of about 30 songs max (25 if we're lucky).

My mate went to see Springsteen last year and he told me he was on for about 2 and a half hours almost.

I can see the Manics doing their usual hour and a half to be honest.
