Flybe fly from Guernsey to Newcastle.
(well they let you buy tickets for Guernsey to Newcastle, but you change in Gatwick or Southampton)

cheapest return for 27th and 28th is £203 though, so pretty expensive.

I've been but not for a gig (went up after Primal Scream downstairs) as i remember decent venue just 1 bar down 1 side

It's nice yeah, I've seen a few bands there. On the left is a little raised level thing with a long table and bar stools and on the right, past the pillars in the picture is the bar.

That second picture is taken from as far back as you can go as well, or else you'll fall down a flight of stairs.
