BSP for beginners:

I expect all the other FD BSP fans to arrive shortly and tell me that's a bad list.

I have only just discovered BSP and am quite liking them so happy they are supporting, it always helps when it's a band you can tolerate as support

What's on there? I'm running ubuntu at the mo, so I can't use spotify.

BSP are always great on Jools:

'Please Stand Up'
'Carrion'
'Waving Flags'
'Oh Laursen B'
'No Lucifer'
'Apologies To Insect Life'
'Remember Me'
'It Ended On An Oily Stage'

Very obvious, but it's for beginners.

Giving it a listen now

Edit: I've listened, quite like the stuff from 'The Decline of British Sea Power' so listening to that in full now. Not too keen on the newer stuff.

Not bad, but very limited.

Here's my shot, considering recent setlists but excluding stuff like The Spirit of St Louis and new songs (Zoos is bloody amazing).

I would love to hear A Lovely Day Tomorrow

It's an early b-side and still one of my favorites. I only saw them play it live the once. BSP's frequent touring buddies, the ecstasy of st. teresa, did a really good cover of it too, if anyone can find it.

Cheers for the track recommendations, I had just bought the "Do you like rock music" album before it was announced that they were supporting the Manics. Am loving it so far.

I might start shouting for "Open The Door"! I just think it's a great song to end a live set on. Then again, it tends to cancel out all the energy they are supposed to be making for the main act?
