I thought it sounded even more obvious his vocals were doubled/tripled on the longer show's version of Futurology last night. Again, I don't have a problem with it, it sounds better and probably helps Nicky feel more confident about singing live, and it's only part of the song.

Loved the Revol performance too!
When I watched it I saw Nicky walk back just before end of a chorus and could still hear vocals for a couple more seconds but the next camera angle showed Wayne still singing so initially assumed it was his backing vocals making other parts of it sound doubled up rather than a track playing. An excuse to watch/listen again I don't have a problem with it either. I do like to hear everything live tho, even if his voice is not the best (in a strange sort of way I quite like it actually )

There's a bit of Futurology at the Riugh Trade gig where Nicky backs off the mic and the whole vocal is still played.

"James and Sean are off on a trek but I've got bad knees so I'm staying at home."

Guess he was telling the truth when he wrote 'I'd go to Patagonia but it's harder there', imagine the blisters.

I misread and now I wish they were in for 'owl format'. People on the radio hooting at each other in barns or something.

Go home James, you're drunk.

I'm guessing that's to raise awareness of the trek. Which I expect Nicky is also going to be talking about.
