Perhaps the fact that the site is down for construction to be improved serves as evidence for the theory that Sean reads this forum, since there's been complaints about how crap it is...

They should do on the manics site what they do on the company (that develops the manics page)'s site, with the three people moving!

Yeh! I did actually look at that site before and think that..........James, Sean and Nick, instead of standing around looking bored like those wee people should do fun things! Like, James should do his signature move, holding his guitar and hopping around in a circle

OH YE OF LITTLE FAITH!...The music page has now arrived and is soooooo BADASS. The greatest page in internet history, oh yes. Errrr....okay, maybe not but it is actually quite good. You can listen to every album they're ever released.... in full! That is pretty good.

Not so sure however about the 'user contributed notes'. The one for Send Away the Tigers is described as "The Manic's best album in my opinion. Sublime post-punk coupled with dark, thought-provoking lyrics combine to create a brutal, yet brilliant, assault on the senses. Listen at max. volume in a darkened room for the full mind-blowing effect! 10/10" which is also the exact same notes as for the Holy Bible (Which I'm guessing is one it was intended for) And I'm sure I've read that somewhere else before anyway. So more like 'Website designers contributed notes, which he/she has lifted from somewhere else'

Thats pretty damn good actually, for a band to let you hear all their albums for free is a good thing in this day and age

Wow, armando's recycled that quote a few times, its funnier though in The Thick of It "Have you ever googled your own name ? its like opening a door to a room where everyone thinks you're shit"

I've googled my name. I expected porn (because you know, putting a girls name into google just equals porn all the time, of course) but it turns out there's lots of authors, poets and artists with my name. This is a fact which makes me happy.

Very strange, but I have started getting the newsletters - here is what it said for those of you who don't get it:

Hi ,

Were you one of the lucky winners who came down to see Manics perform at The Album Chart Show on Monday? If so let us know about it on www.manics.co.uk or www.myspace.com/manics. We’d love to hear from you and see all your pictures.

This week also sees the release of the brand new Dermot O’Leary compilation called The Saturday Sessions: The Dermot O'Leary Show. It is full of exclusive tracks from his sessions organised over the last few years. Manics have a cool version of ‘Motorcycle Emptiness’ on there. Look out for it in the shops. Meanwhile you can re live Manics sessions tracks right here: Radio 2 Manics Sessions . And finally – look out in the next few days for another message from Mr Wire on www.manics.co.uk!

So, new message from Nicky soon At the bottom was an advert for AS.
