My politics lecturer is a big Manics fan and said that Colonel Gadaffi looks like Nicky?! Said he went to the Brighton gig this year. Will look forward to his future lectures with more manics references!!

It would be cute if the Manics accepted to play a joke concert with their top misheard lyrics with James singing them as the actual lyrics.

Stuck Everything Must Go on, just grabbed a copy of my shelf without really noticing which one it was, ended up being the Japanese one. Thrown me off just now, No-One Knows What It's Like To Be sandwiched between The Girl Who Wanted To Be God and Removables then later on Black Garden inbetween Interiors and Further Away.

Just wonder what that's all about, every other Japanese release they've done has the bonus tracks stuck on the end. It kinda works, I think it's only my familiarity with the UK release that makes the tracks feel kinda out of place. Wonder if that was a band or label decision, if they were ever considered to go on the standard album etc. Odd.

Ocean Spray live in Cuba (in 720p HD) has recently been uploaded to the Sony Music channel on Youtube, if anyone's interested.

Born a Girl and Horses Under Starlight start off with identical guitar notes. Just noticed this after 16 years!

Thank you for this! The Millennium gig is one of my favorite gigs, so to have some tracks in HD is fantastic!

The other day I was thinking imagine if Richey appeared for THB gigs! Friend replied saying it would be the biggest most random thing in the history of music if he did (and also pointed out I have a rather overactive imagination! )!

I wonder if anyone would recognise him anyway even if that happens. It's been long years....

They're practically the same band.

I bet Manics would do a brilliant It's A Sin. Nice miserable lyrics too, would've fit quite well in the middle of This Is My Truth.
