I'd have to drive further to catch one of those. No stops in my area, but a cool cheap way to get there from those certain points.

Lament: check Megabus, schedules are up and cheap as hell right now. Plus they have a direct Boston to DC bus so that may be the move for me.
Also, from comparing the 2 schedules Megabus leaves DC far more frequently than Bolt.

Just bought Megabus tickets from DC to NYC to Boston and back to DC...$39.75 total (and that includes paying an extra $15 for reserved seats).

Megabus is even cheaper! Almost worth it to drive 2 hr out of my way to catch one of those! Says $3 from Philly to NYC?

Oh man, and Megabus has a bus that goes back to NYC from Boston at 2AM. That's actually super convenient. Thanks for the heads up!

Which bus are you taking from NYC to Boston?

The 12:30AM bus, I figure that should be plenty of time to get there after the show.

Ah, so you're going straight to Boston from Webster Hall? I think I'm gonna crash in NYC and bus it up there the next morning/afternoon.

Hiya - first post on this forum!

Will anyone be meeting for a drink before the gig? I'll be over from London - for a tenuous Manics link, the White Horse Tavern, where Dylan Thomas is memorialised, isn't too far form the venue.

It's not too far... but I would suggest somewhere closer.

Should we try and organize a pre-show meetup and post show party? I know a bunch of the bars in the area and can hopefully arrange something. What do you all think?

Are drinks outrageously high priced in NY?
