From experience, Barrowlands and one or both Manchester dates will sell out straight away. I think Olympia will take a bit longer, and the three Roundhouse dates will take the longest to fill (but even then...).

Well why shouldn't people who can't make one of those four dates be disappointed? We've all been hoping for an announcement like this.

Hopefully, as you say, if they sell well there's a couple more dates provisionally booked somewhere else. Maybe they'll even give our European friends a chance at some point too.

It's been a very long time since I went to a Manics gig. I was at Edinburgh in 2004 and caught JDB's solo show a couple of years later. I'm tempted for the entirety of THB though. It's just affording it; all my spare cash is pretty much tied up in my trip to London next week. Ack.

Pricing predictions?

Dublin Olympia on ticketmaster price range €39.50 - €44.05, I am guessing UK for no more than 30 quid perhaps?
