I've always loved the name James for a boy, and if I hypothetically had a kid (that's nowhere near a hint that I'm planning on having one any time soon, btw ) I'd call a boy that, but that's nothing to do with JDB. Also, I'm still grumpy that Dean got rid of James as his middle name, so it would be good.

And in French it's Jacques. He could bamboozle her, she'll never know!

There is surely only one name suitable, a name of refinement and class that implies the long lineage of a distinguished family, imbued with the musical heritage, the name that comes from one of the ancient languages meaning 'one who is loved'...

After JDB's guitars: Gibson (which makes me think of that chess-playing kid on the X-Files), Les(lie) or Paul??? Or perhaps Brad - it could just be Brad, with no "field" on the end!!

Has she gone into labour or something? Whitedenim hasn't commented on any of our suggestions yet!

Still here!
Working on James for middle name.

If we were having a girl my missus was quite taken with India Summer (however a google search will find good reason not to have that as a namesake and I'm not talking about the song)

I've subtly tried these:

Patrick - no chance
Elian - no chance
Arthur - no chance

It's going well so far!
