Only did Brixton (first night) but hey, it tempted me back into liking the band for the first time in nearly a decade, so it must have been good

I think of the six I went to, it goes:

Manchester (amazing, for the reasons already mentioned).
Cardiff and Leeds (both great nights, and that Leeds setlist was such a surprise).
Edinburgh (solid enough gig).
Wolves (seemed to go pretty well but I was so ill I could barely stand, and almost passed out during ADFL).
Leicester (awful, for reasons already mentioned).

I went to 4 - I think Friday Brixton really was something special, Wolves was pretty close behind.

Brixton 11th, Glasgow, Manchester are my favorites among the ones I've done.

Went to 9. Have to say that Wolverhampton was the best.

Manchester, Glasgow and Brixton 11th were also definitely on another level.

Out of the 4 I did, in order of how good they were:
Bournemouth - intimate, band had so much energy, it was like a scaled down Brixton show, James was on top form that night, and played SBFTGITS...
Brixton (Fri) - on par with Bournemouth really, only edged out for the reason above.
Brixton (Sat) - lacked the punch of Friday, but not by much.
Brighton - strange venue, opening with ADFL was very weird, band were on form and overall let down by the mostly static crowd (still a very enjoyable show, nonetheless)

I also really enjoyed Leicester had wicked company we sang our hearts out in such a shit crowd. Wolves the Manics rocked big time and the crowd were so up for it apart from the seating areas plus they played one of my favourite songs. Cardiff my local venue an arena I don't rave about but the Manics live always send me home with a smile

they were all great except brighton. Hated brighton. Tho it does get brownie points for James announcing design... at the end..
Absolute best is Saturday Brixton for queueing (despite the o2 bollocks) for band awsomeness, for atmosphere, for whiskey and coke, for barrier funtimes, for my photos not coming out a bit shit again

Special mention for manchester for immense joy when they played DITS

1- Glasgow
2- Brixton Friday
3- Edinburgh
4- Brixton Saturday

All great gigs but the Glasgow gigs always seem to come out on top each tour for me. Interestingly, 4 different opening songs for 4 gigs.

Out of Leicester, Manchester and Wolves, Manchester absolutely stole it for me, despite some unpleasantry just after we were let into the venue which threatened to ruin the whole night for a few of us (aggressive misogynists have no place at Manics gigs, or anywhere else). But the gig was so good I think we all happily forgot about that. Best atmosphere, best setlist (I may have screamed 'OH MY GOD' when DITS happened, I'm sure you can understand, what with this username and all), the new songs sounded the best out of the three times I heard them, and Nicky seemed a lot better after a couple of bad days. Company before, during and after the gig was stellar, and it was great to have MSM to channel the Manics high into rather than being twitchy, wide-eyed and hyper in a hotel room post-gig.

Leicester was a contender for worst Manics gig I've been to - it wasn't even bad, really, it just felt extremely flat, and the very apparent Nicky unwellness was upsetting. Wolves was a disappointment for me this tour, having always been THE highlight of previous ones, but it was still decent. You don't expect merely 'decent' from Wolves, though... it was so weird to be in such a static crowd, or part of the crowd at least - I know plenty of people really enjoyed it and had no complaints.
