What exactly is this?

I'm going to sound really stupid because it's probably something really obvious, but I just can't remember what exactly it is?

The cover UK supermarkets put on it so as not to upset the little kiddies.

For what it's worth, even this looks better than most MSP album cover art.

To be honest, I think that's a far superior cover to the real one.
