Help required - JDB's top 10 bars/pubs
Several years ago on the official Manics site under the lists section there was James' top 10 bars/pubs. One of these was in New York. Can anyone remember what this was, or by any chance still have the whole list saved anywhere? I think it was on the site around 2000/Know Your Enemy time.
I'm heading to New York in February, and bollocks to the usual tourist traps, I want to see what Bradders calls a good bar.

So you can plonk yourself on the very barstool his bollocks have rested on?

If they're anything as good as the cafes he recommended in Cardiff, I'd like to know too!

i would think they liked the Bush Ranger in Shepherds Bush, it is where they signed thier Heavenly Records contract, and a few doors down in 47 Askew Road they wrote Little Baby Nothing.
