Just seen the poster for this, the support act is a good band, although I'm not sure if there's any rationale behind the EU supports (apart from them being vaguely local.) Check em out.

Just a very quick update from last night:

From what I can tell the set list was the same as the others so far.

James forgot most of the lyrics to the first verse to NatWest (ironically Nicky introduced him as "the encyclopaedia of lyrics" later on) but other than that it sounded ace! So good to hear that. However I don't want to be part of a world where Ocean Spray gets a better reception that NBML or RITH.

Wayne really needs to STFU on Further Away.

Nothing off THB was a surprise but fair enough I guess after they played it in full not that long ago.

All in all a really good gig and a nice, pretty small venue.

But how did Ocean Spray sound now? I imagine a bit more guitar based. And how did they get around the trumpet so!o?

Much the same mood killer that it always is. I think James played the solo. I can't remember to be honest.

The gig was OK. I screamed every lyric as it was going to be my last breath, it was fun. I love the guys but to be honest I've seen them in better shape.
Walk Me to the Bridge and Some Kind of Nothingness were really weak; not just because they are average songs but live they suck big time.
