She is suffering also saw some appearances on the SATT tour I think.

Die in The Summertime came out on the LB tour and at various points since (is that the first time it was played live?)

4st 7lb and Revol got played on the 2005 tour.

IHOE and Mausoleum haven't been played since 1994, the latter for sure, the former I think?
Die in the summertime was played on the 2003 festivals, promoting Lipstick traces. I saw it live in Denmark, and it was huge and raw
Revol was played on the Forever Delayed Tour too, in 2002.

Absolutely. It was wonderful.

Is there anyone in the know who is aware of how that tour was viewed in Manics land? Were they pleased with the attendance? The reaction? Was it a real pain for them to relearn old songs?

When did THB anniversary edition come out though? Wasn't it later that year? Could it be considered that the THB-heavy set was part of the promotion?

I bet it was
if James still doesn't remember the lyrics for Tolerate or has problems with chords on The Everlasting then how the hell can we wish for some stuff like Slash N' Burn or whatever?

p.s. imagine them playing Slash N' Burn. I can not.

Mausoleum and IHOE haven't been played outside of THB tour. Yes has been played on every tour (after THB tour) except LT, JFPL and FD. TIY got played on every tour except FD. P.C.P. turned up a few times on the EMG, TIMTTMY, LB and SATT tours. SIS has been played on the THB, TIMTTMY, FD, LT and SATT tours. Revol has been played on THB, FD and PPAF tours. Of Walking Abortion turned up in THB, TTMTTMY, PPF and in a few 2008 gigs. AOP debuted on the KYE tour and was also played during LB and PPF gigs. DITS debuted in the 2003 gigs, then was played on LB, PPF and SATT tours. Ifwhiteamerica... and 4st 7lb both were played on THB and PFF tours, and obvisouly Faster has been played on every tour since THB.

Pretty sure that was the point of the THB promotion. The 10th anniversary had just been re-released....so it was lifeblood plus thb mainly, with some real nice touches such as the girl that wanted to be god, my little empire and let robeson sing . That's what their modern set needs.

Indeed, in fact the only complaint is that they relied a bit too much on the holy bible...seeing as it was supposed to contain 'future' as well. That was one song!

My memory of DITS is at MOVE 2003 where i heard it for the first time. That was a fucking amazing gig (best Manics gig i've seen), such a great atmosphere at the back of the arena and it just sounded perfect. Old Trafford is just a good venue in general, later saw Radiohead there and that was just as good. I remember getting bored during 4st 7ib in Liverpool though.

Wasn't James rumored to be ill on that tour too hence the only inclusion of 'Firefight' from the new material?

I'm surprised you rate LCCC as a venue, I think it's awful. My two favourite bands are The Cure and Radiohead and I had really immemorable experiences of seeing both there, and a terrible time at Arctic Monkeys where all I experienced was crowd shouting and piss bombs.

I missed the Manics' Move though, so maybe I missed out, and I did enjoy Muse there last year as they managed to traverse the distance.

Don't think so....the new material was only three tracks...and they played a lot of obscure songs.
