Just sad if Lifeblood has gone already on it's birthday.

Maybe we need to start chanting "play us one song from Lifeblood" until they get the point and stick one song in each setlist

Is it just me, or has You Stole The Sun From My Heart seemed like the Sloop John B of the second half set list?

I love the song(s) but it just doesn't seem right amongst the others.

Not thrilled that they've dropped 1985... but when you look at the other tracks that have dropped in and out on this tour, I guess maybe it was just 1985's turn, and hopefully it'll be back for London.

I'd have preferred Postcards replace YSTSFMH though. And that they swapped 1985 for Solitude Sometimes Is or Song For Departure or Cardiff Afterlife. Oh well.

i think they should drop it back out again. such a few songs, may as well play some rarer stuff. If you've made it through the holy bible I can't imagine you'll object.

Part of me will never understand why we always have to have Motorcycle, Tolerate, Design and You Love Us, plus either Your Love Alone or You Stole The Sun - surely once in a blue moon they could leave 'em all out for this type of gig and really mix it up? Like New Order always doing Temptation, nearly 30 years since they left it out of the set for a gig.

Because those 4 songs in particular (Motorcycle, Tolerate, Design and YLU) hands down got the biggest reactions of the night; the whole area around me went apesh*t for those four. The warhorses are played as the casuals, who make up a lot of the audience, come to hear them, and when they do and the atmosphere was electric like it was tonight, they will come back again.

There's plenty of scope for change, having 4 or 5 iconic warhorses is something every major band has.

The gig tonight was immense, as wonderful as THB was, I cannot describe just how electrifying 'Motorcycle' was - the whole venue seemed to jump; I've heard the song a thousand times but it still is so powerful, especially in the live arena.

I have to say, the songs from Futurology sounded absolutely incredible, especially 'Walk me to the Bridge' - when the synths on that chorus comes in, it is simply amazing! Some people around me didn't know it, but went wild when it was played, stunning live track, as were the others from the new album.

Amazing night, seeing one of my favourite albums of all time, just the three Manics on stage, and then a second set with the full band and sounding huge. A visceral experience, I would love to repeat it!

PS Would love to have heard 1985, but, having Postcards (I love the album, saw them 3 times on that tour) was wonderful!

If they left out any of those some people would complain regardless

What a show! Five times I've seen the Mancs and they never disappoint. My ears are ringing heavily!

I was glued the whole show, I was in the Upper Circle and was directly above and in front of James and I rarely took my eye off him the whole show. The performances of tricky arrangements off THB such as The Intense Of Humming Of Evil and Archives Of Pain was amazing. I knew all the songs tonight apart from Sleepflower which I only coped towards the end of the song that was it.
