Yeah I agree RM recorded/signed for is better than DX. Although it depends which DX service you get, as I've had passports of all things delivered by DX Secure and they just put that through the letterbox and I never had to sign for it. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing when a passport is concerned though!

Yeah... tour starts on Monday. Got a pair in the Royal Mail depot (tried picking em up yesterday but the guy was still on his round at fucking 4:30pm or whatever it was), got another pair supposed to be coming today special delivery that were sent to girlfriend's old place (not sure if ticketmaster will allow you to use separate billing or delivery addresses) and having an almighty battle with Stubhub. I knew they were cunts but fuck me. They keep repeating their guarantee while doing fuck all, the absolute wankers.

I'm still waiting for mine to be delivered, but I don't really worry, if they don't show up (on time) it's THEIR PROBLEM. They must resolve it, so you can pick them up at the box office.

This is my thinking too. I was getting really stressed earlier this week but really, the worst that happens is you do box office collection, which to be fair a lot of overseas people usually have to do anyway. It's a pain in the arse and shit customer service, but it will get sorted. A quick search through See's mentions on Twitter shows it's quite a regular occurrence, which does make you wonder what the hell they're actually doing half the time, but still. Don't panic!

Still, people are paying for delivery. It can't be that hard to organise.
