First up, the sound quality was fantastic. Secondly, James played a blinder and the songs sounded great. Also, I was on the TV for a few extreme close ups thanks to my middle aged yet still rampant enthusiasm for songs that make the hair stand up on the back of my neck. It was lovely to have them back in Belfast and the BBC confirmed that the biggest audience of the day was for the Manics.

We left right after, I mean, we had been fully entertained, we didn't fancy being brought right back down with Beck

Supposedly YLAINE was on the setlist but was omitted when they were told time was running out.

Would have been nice to see more than four albums represented...

Great version of ME and, dare we say it, YSTS.....

Jimbo worked hard to try and get the crowd going. Very enjoyable watch.

Watched the full show on Iplayer tonight, very good. Spotted a few bloopers I think twice, but was very good otherwise. This is the kind of thing I will revisit time and time again on Youtube when in Manics mood and drunk

Rambling sorry
Richard did look a little uncomfortable but it is a tight leopardskin to fill isn't it?
Wisdom of the crowds eh? Not bloody likely, mate!
They seemed to get a bit more animated as it went on - i'm just not a big fan of their crowd pleasers but they do work.

Proper bungle at the start of No Surface All Feeling

Enjoyable enough to watch on the iPlayer but glad I didn't fly there...

Nice hearing some different bass, from an audio point of view. The bass tech handled that very well.

Just heard that Nicky wasn't able to play the gig because of family illness. My thoughts and best wishes to Nicky and his family.

Has anyone else had this mysteriously disappear from their Sky Q recordings?

I ‘kept’ it and there’s plenty of storage on my box, but it went last week and isn’t even in the deleted folder ffs.

Most of the BBC recordings are only available for a set period of time and then disappear from your recordings
