Yep.

It’s one the standouts on TUVL but live, it’s transcendental.

Officially a single then as C listed at Radio 2, hopefully will move up next week.

(Whatever you do don't look at the A list #archenemies).

So does that mean it'll get probably 4/5 plays over a week, which will do absolutely nothing for the band or the song or the album it comes from It's sad because I spoke to a few people recently, none of them are big into music but just listen to radio sometimes, but none of them realised the Manics had a new album out or were even still going! I guess unless you get on TV all the time and massive radio play and in newspapers and magazines everywhere then most people just don't realise unfortunately.

Love this song - can anyone else hear the EastEnders theme tune after the first chorus?

Give that they're supporting The Killers next year, Brandon Flowers has done similar with a song about his mother as she was losing her battle with a brain tumour. He wrote the song, performs it regularly and its such an emotional song you just wonder how he does it.

"A Dustland Fairytale", it's called. Stunning song with some unbelievable lyrics.

I'm hoping they rip off Coronation Street on the next album. Maybe sample a bit of Curly Watts or something.

I'm guessing it's Postcards because both sound like low budget 80's porno soundtracks.....
