I don't mind Bon Jovi but I'd rather the Manics didn't have to support them again!

I was there, Milton Keynes Bowl 93

actually i would love to go see Bon Jovi this year but the fan exploitation is getting silly, i always used to buy gold circle tickets and queued and get reasonably close to the front, now gold circle is the same price but there is a diamond circel in front of it which costs more so 100 quid for a gold ticket and no chance of getting to the front, so im voting with my feet and not going.

The bon jovi fans are a million times worse than manics ones too, queuing form 6am wont get you anywhere with this lot, you need to camp out for days before, be a fanclub member to get priority entrance and get a number on your hand in the queue for the order in which you go in and must line up on the barrier in

so hopefully it's all just a rumour

As someone who has had one too many shitty experiences of going to Bon Jovi concerts for the opening acts, I hope for everyone's sake that this remains a rumor. If it's true, I really can't see it ending well.

Now that you mention it that way, it makes me happy I didn't go see Cheap Trick last year when they opened for Poison and Def Leppard. YOU'RE BETTER THAN THAT, GUYS! Uh, anyway...

The Manics are also better than opening for Bon Jovi. Where did this rumor even start?

Also throwing in I hate that "pay an exorbitant amount of money for ~special seats~ that the commoners can't have" program. I remember The Who did it on their last tour and I didn't even bother.

So we still don't know if the Manics are supporting them then?
