I met up with Richard Parfitt of 60ft Dolls in Cardiff last night to interview him for his stance on the local music scene in Wales as part of my media course in Uni. I've known Richard for many years now through mutual friends. Anyway, he said he has hooked up with JDB in Cardiff over the last few months as they're close friends and he said he has heard "some" of the new material and described it as " Bombastic, out-there, melancholic but still sounds like a Manics album". He said he had heard two tracks - " The View From Stow Hill" & a track called " Hollowed Out".

aaaah! Sounds pretty good to me...though I guess you can extrapolate anything from that description.
