Yep, like most it's my favourite on the album, followed by Black Square. Which means they'll never play it live.

Kinda feel like this is the sort of quality that they should be outputting all the time. It reminds me of KYE/ FD era Manics a bit

One of my favourites on the album. I don’t much care for the Cuba lines though. If they’re going to be self critical about dumb shit they’ve done there’s a lot better targets they could choose.

I love the song but I think when I read about this being a real autobiographical song then lyrically I was expecting a lot more to it.

Ties in with 'Let Robeson Sing' with the Moscow/Cuba references. Nice song and funny lyrics, maybe people take them a bit too seriously all the time?

Is anyone else slightly reminded of early Strokes when they hear it? I can hear a bit of of Hard To Explain or Soma or Barely Legal in it.

If those songs had pianos, of course.

I think it suffers for the slightly dark and wobbly sounds at the start. Trim that off.
