u still have to pay the admin charge and i always worry that if the barcode doesn't print properly they won't let u in. I've been stuck behind people with e-tickets that the scanner can't read till the third go. Not fun

I went to a gig in Japan recently... and had the option of picking up my ticket from a convenience store of my choice. No extra charge either, if I remember right...
Bought my ticket online, told my auntie-in-law, she picked it up for me shortly after I bought it from the nearest 7-11 and kept it til I arrived. Bingo. We have so much to learn in this country... haha.

Sadly ours still haven't shown up, so will have to ring them on Monday to arrange box office collection. I'm guessing they must have got lost in the post, as they were (allegedly) dispatched nearly 2 weeks ago. On the plus, our London Roundhouse tickets for the 17th showed up yesterday, although we're now selling those as I managed to get level 1 standing tickets (the others were level 2) last week when the venue's site randomly put tickets back on sale and I've opted to pick those up at the box office on the day, as I wasn't risking any more last minute ticket delivery fiascos. |

If I was told the truth, it's the production that allows, or not, etickets. That's why a same seller can offer, or not, etickets, depending of the band.
There is no stress delivery with etickets, I love them, but then you have the entrance stress. A friend of mine was unable to attend the Parisian Manics gig in May because someone used a duplicate of his eticket and entered before him. We never understood how that person managed to duplicate it, or who they were. Also, in some places they don't have a barcode reader so they need to check a listing to find the number of your eticket while people with 'real' tickets can enter without problem, and bad luck if takes ten minutes to find your number on the listing. It happened to me several times in Germany. |

This is why wegottickets are the best ticket site. Your confirmation number is your ticket, you don't need to print anything to have it scanned.
