Why wasn't this released as the first single? Really, it would have been a better single than WMTTB.

Although I agree it's the better song, I am a lot more up on WMTTB being the lead single.
I remember a tweet saying they kept listening to the first track and wondering saying that should be the single.
So Futurology sounds like it's going to be a better opening than the other songs we've heard.
I wouldn't have thought that from the live footage I've seen of the title track, but it's something to look forward to the minute it gets released.

What about the idiom "durch den Kopf gehen"? It means roughly "have something (in this case Europe) on one's mind" and to think about it calmly.
Just an idea I've got from reading the tracklist.

It's no where near as catchy as the single, to me, plus the german may make it have it a bit less general appeal, i suspect.

Casualty or any Soap Opera scene will be elevated to even greater TV by having this song played on their pubs jukebox, or car radio of tonight's guest casualty.
