Manorbier - My Video

Whilst it's not one of my favourite tracks on RTF, I've had a certain bit of film in my head since the first time I heard Manorbier and I've finally gotten round to putting the two things together.

Following on from the success from my previous work with It's Not War (Just The End Of Love) I've created this piece which I feel truly demonstrates the majesty and inherent qualities of the track, staying true to the tone of the melody whilst also giving a nod to the 80s-tinged nostalgia of the record as a whole - I hope you'll agree. It also features a central performance from a British celebrity, in the spirit of other recent Manics videos.

And, on that note, please enjoy my video for Manorbier.

I don't know why it reminds me of that chemical brothers video.

Until I take you to Manorbier on a rainy day! That's the images that stick in my head.
Will check your video later, Stu!

Yes, 'tour' was IMPLIED in the word 'spring'.

I love the track, but that's hilarious. The hip-swaying and frog-bounces are the highlights I think. Great work mate

Were you inspired by Let Roebson Sing?
Anyway, it's very well made, just personally I'd change the parts at "woahoah". And a few slow motion moments would make it even more drammatical resulting in funny and maybe more Manics like? Not sure, but it would fit, I think.
You might check my videos up too if you want at http://www.dailymotion.com/user/dacXlee/1 Some are older, some are more frequent, some are good, some could have been done better, but they all have a concept, ehm... ^_-
