The gap between MSP and Dolly was 5,900 on Tuesday but is now just 3,700. Gonna be soooo close! Comrades it looks like this one is really "Going to go to the Wire" (....I'll get me coat, etc). HIDE DOLLY! BUY MORE MANICS!

1 Ed Sheeran - x 35.8k
2 Manic Street Preachers - Futurology 16.2k *
3 Dolly Parton - Blue Smoke - The Best Of 12.5k
4 Sam Smith - In The Lonely Hour 12.3k
5 George Ezra - Wanted On Voyage 11.2k

Nothing to worry about I think - shall we each buy a digital copy of the album just to make sure?

Today's latest:
1 Ed Sheeran - x (35.9k)
2 Manic Street Preachers - Futurology (16.2k) *
3 Dolly Parton - Blue Smoke - The Best Of (12.5k)
4 Sam Smith - In The Lonely Hour (12.3k)
5 George Ezra - Wanted On Voyage (11.2k)
You watch, it'll probably hold on to second place all week and then come Sunday it'll sink to like 5th or something!

But I like FD more as well so I agree with that
I mean FD still gives me goosebumps, don't know why, maybe 'cos it was their first collection of singles. I 've never listened to NT collection from beginning to end. Also i remember to be more excited when FD was about to be released.

Let's all remember people that emg failed to get to number 1 but was the halcyon days of the Manics and stayed in the top 10 for a year... This week has almost felt like those glory days, don't understand the negativity from some on here re futurology, it's what they needed to release instead of pfaym.
