Music. It's always nice when you emerge from a musically barren period and discover something you really like.

Reading a good book. I love it when I've read something thats really thought provoking, because it plays on my mind for days. I sit around thinking about it, and often the story finds its way into my dreams.

Creativity. I think one of the main reasons I get depressed is because I'm not creating. I feel at my happiest when I've written something I'm pleased with, or composed a pleasing piece of music.

Meeting new people. Its always lovely to meet people who you get on with. I'm going crazy at the moment because I'm stuck in my house trying to find a job :(

Theres many other things that make me smile, but those are some of the main ones.

Friends: spending quality time with friends, talking, laughing, just being together.

Nature: sun, wind, sea, snow, feeling the grass beneath my feet.

Communication.

Art: books, music, theater, movies, dance, paintings...

My lovely cats.

Being alone: reading, drinking tea, taking a walk, thinking.

Spending time with parents and brothers: eating the excellent dinner my parents have made and speaking family-speak that others wouldn´t understand.

Summer holiday. :D
